This is indeed the best scholarship you could get and feel release from the financial pressure. I advice all candidates to be fluent in Korean language or to first corroborate (Eg. syllabus in English but class in Korean) that there are enough courses taught in English to complete their programs. Interview with different professors to select the most suitable for your research papers.
