The academic calendar for Spring 2020 has changed as follows due to the novel coronavirus.
1. New Academic Schedule
- Beginning of Spring Semester : Monday, 16th March 2020
※ 2 weeks delayed
- End of Spring Semester : Friday, 19th June 2020
※ Make-up classes and assignments will be determined by individual professors and lectures.
2. Downsizing of the 74th Commencement Ceremony
- Date: 2pm Wednesday, 26th February 2020
- Venue: Medium Auditorium, University Cultural Center (Bldg#73, Munhwagwan)
※ Invitations are limited to one student representative and his/her family from each college.
※ Graduating students may use the Photo Zone.
- Location: Main Gate and the front of the main Administration Building(Bldg#60)
- Installation Period : Monday, 17th February 2020 ~ Sunday, 1st March 2020
3. 2020 Matriculation Ceremony and Orientation have been cancelled.
- Important information will be disseminated electronically.
4. The Move-in date for the SNU Gwanak Residence Hall is Saturday, 7th March 2020.
5. Those students who have travelled to China in the past several weeks are advised to self-quarantine for 2 weeks.
