We are delighted to inform you that the Visiting International Student Program (VISP) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is now accepting applications for spring 2020. We would be thrilled to welcome more of your students to our campus in the future.

As a reminder, you can find more updated information about our program on our website including program eligibilityestimated cost information, and our application process. Please feel free to refer any student questions to VISP@dcs.wisc.edu if that would be helpful.

VISP Track Offerings

·         Traditional VISP Program Track is what most of your students have participated in over the years. This track welcomes students from all academic areas provided that they are somewhat flexible in their course enrollment. These students wait until course enrollment (April for fall semester or November for spring) to see what courses they are able to take at UW-Madison.

·         **New** Thematic VISP Program Tracks welcome students interested in focusing on one academic area of interest. Students in these tracks are guaranteed the majority of their credits within one department even before the students start enrolling, and receive personalized advising from faculty as well as from our VISP Staff. New tracks are added regularly, but your students interested in an area not listed on the thematic track website are welcome to still apply under our traditional VISP track as they have been doing in the past.
