Greetings from the Asian Youth Leaders Elite Program (AYLEP).
We are pleased to announce that applications for the AYLEP 2026 Winter Term are now open. Asian Youth Leaders Elite Program - AYLEP
AYLEP is a window for youth to explore the world, a bridge for youth to connect with one another, and a platform for youth to gain fulfilling and amazing experiences from Asia to worldwide. Over the past 18 years, AYLEP has benefited 23079 participants from 85 countries.
SNU will be nominating 5 students. Interested students may apply through AYLEP and submit your application and SNU transcript to sy0716@snu.ac.kr from November 20 to 27.
Things to know before applying
Eligibility
Applicants must be students, teachers, faculty members, or staff from high schools, colleges, or universities.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old during AYLEP.
Applicants must be in good health and physically capable of participating in lessons and activities.
Applicants must be comfortable learning and working in an international environment.
Procedure

Pay the Application Fee
Receive the Letter of Admission
Pay the Program Fee
Apply for a Visa (If applicable) and purchase Travel Insurance & Air Tickets
Receive the Handbook and embark on the journey
Selection
Selection is based on the merit of each application, interview/supporting documents may be required.
Due to the high volume of applications, we only process the application after receiving the Application Fee.
In order to ensure the highest quality standards, there are limited vacancies per term.
The Application Fee will be refunded if the Selection Committee rejects the application.
Certificate
At the end of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
