The Office of International Affairs will provide group registration services for the Visa/Immigration process
(Foreigner Registration·Visa Extension·Change of Visa Status) for the 2025 Spring semester.
Students who wish to apply must complete their application during the following application period.
Students who completed the process or will be completing the process individually do not need to join the group application.
1. Eligible Applicants: Undergraduate, Graduate, exchange, visiting students with a D-2 visa(D-2-5 holders excluded)
2. Application Period & Fees
[Foreigner Registration] KRW 35,000 **2025-Spring newly admitted / returning students only
- 1st Round: 2025.2.17. 09:00 ~ 2025.2.28. 18:00 (KST)
- 2nd Round: 2025.3.4. ~ 2025.3.17. 18:00 (KST)
[Visa Extension] KRW 75,000
- 2025.2.19. 09:00 ~ 2025.3.7. 18:00 (KST)
[Change of Visa Status] KRW 150,000
- 2025.2.10. 9:00 ~ 2025.2.14. 18:00 (KST)

2025학년도 봄학기 출입국 민원대행 서비스(외국인등록·체류기간연장·체류자격변경)를 시행합니다.
신청이 필요한 학생들은 해당 기간 내에 반드시 신청해주시기 바랍니다.
개별적으로 출입국 업무를 진행할 예정이거나, 진행을 완료한 학생들은 신청하지 않아도 됩니다.
1. 대상: D-2 체류자격(D-2-5 제외)을 소지한 학부, 대학원 학위과정생, 교환학생, 방문학생
2. 민원 별 신청 기간 및 수수료
[외국인등록] 35,000원 **2024-2학기 신입생 및 복학생에 한함
