Here is the official announcement regarding 2018 Application for Family House as below:
1. Qualification:
Married international graduate students and full-time research students enrolled in SNU
2. Application Period: April 1, 2017 ~ March 31, 2018
3. Required Documents
1) Application form (attached to the notice)
2) A copy of your enrollement certification and your spouse's enrollment certification if he/she is a student in degree program at SNU
3) A copy of tuition fee payment receipt (for freshmen only)
4) A copy of your marriage certificate
5) A copy of birth certificate of your children (*if you and your family are expected to have one in the near future, please submit a copy of Maternity certificate)
6) A copy of passport of you and all your family members
7) A copy of alien registration card of you and all your family members
4. Result:
The waiting list is planned to be announced in mid of April 2018 through the OIA website (www.oia.snu.ac.kr) and each applicant's email. If there is a room available, you will get one according to the waiting number (numbered by the selection policy called Standard of Priority as attached).
5. Submission:
Please note that you should submit all required documents via only email (hrsong@snu.ac.kr), not in person / through my SNU portal.
6. Payment:
Option 1) Deposit 4,000,000 KRW /Montly fee 180,000 KRW
Option 2) Deposit 450,000 KRW/Montly fee 200,000 KRW
On the day of moving in, you will make the first payment to the administration office of Gwanak Domitory in cash or wire-transfer. For further information on price and payment, please contact Mr. Kim Tae Hoon from Administration Office of Gwanaksa at 02-881-9011. (OIA is only in charge of the application process).

기혼 상태이며 서울대학교에 등록된 외국인 대학원생 (연구생 포함)

2) 본인과 배우자의 재학증명서 1부씩 (단, 배우자의 재학증명서 경우 배우자가 서울대학교 학위 프로그램 등록 상태일 경우에 한함)
3) 등록금 납부확인서 사본 1부 (신입생에 한함)
4) 결혼증명서 사본 1부
5) 자녀에 대한 출생증명서 사본 1부 (임신중인 입주자가 있을 경우 출산예정증명서 사본 1부)
6) 본인 및 모든 가족구성원의 여권 사본 1부씩
7) 본인 및 모든 가족구성원의 외국인등록증 사본 1부씩
4. 결과:
대기자 명단은 2018년 4월 중에 국제협력본부 홈페이지(www.oia.snu.ac.kr) 및 지원자의 이메일을 통해 공지될 예정입니다. 가족생활동 내 퇴사자로 인한 빈방이
