Seoul National University is pleased to announce the SNU President Fellowship (SPF) for Spring 2024 semester.
SNU President Fellowship (SPF) offers faculty members of major universities in developing countries (Asia, Africa, South America region will have preference) to pursue their Ph.D. degree at SNU.
We would like to invite qualified students who demonstrate academic promise to apply for the Spring 2024 semester.
Please refer to the attached guidelines and forms for detailed informatinon regarding the scholarship.
Please note that the applicant must apply for the scholarship online at the same time of applying for admission to SNU.

본교의 우수한 경험을 바탕으로 개도국의 고등교육인력을 양성함으로써 한국의 국제적 위상을 제고하고 국제협력강화에 기여하고자 SNU President Fellowship Program을 다음과 같이 공고하오니 유수한 외국인학생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
1. 사업개요
개발도상국 주요 대학 교원 중 박사학위 미소지자를 선발하여 서울대학교 박사 학위과정 수학 지원
2. 지원대상
- 개발도상국 주요 대학 교원(Faculty) 중 박사학위 미소지자
※ 아시아, 아프리카, 남미 등 주요 개도국 교원 우선 선발
- 2024학년도 1학기 서울대 박사 학위과정에 지원하여 최종 합격된 자
3. 지원항목
- 박사과정 등록금 전액 6학기(연구생 등록 포함)까지 지원
- 생활비 지원(3~4년, 150~200만원/월)
- 왕복 항공료 실비 지원(GTS기준 내)
- 학기 중 언어교육원 한국어교육(저녁반) 지원
- 건강보험료 지원 (지원범위 및 관련 내용 별도 안내 예정)
- 자녀보육료 지원 (지원범위 및 관련 내용 별도 안내 예정)

- SNU President Fellowship 선정심사위원회를 구성하여 선정

가. 서울대학교 입학 지원(온라인 신청): 2023년 7월 3일(월) ~ 7월 7일(금) 17:00
※ 글로벌인재특별전형 온라인 지원과 동시에 SPF 장학금 온라인 신청 필수(체크박스 클릭)
나. SPF 신청서 및 증빙서류 제출(지원자→ 국제협력본부) 2023년 7월 31일(월)까지
