중요 사항:
- 서울대학교에서 선발되었다고 해서 반드시 GYSS 2025에 참가할 수 있는 것은 아님. 최종 선발은 GYSS 2025 조직위원회에서 9월 중 결정.
- 최종 후보로 선정된 학생들은 반드시 등록 절차를 완료해야 함. 그렇지 않으면 자격이 박탈될 수 있음.

참가자 자격 요건:
- 지원 가능자:
- 박사 후 연구원 (박사 학위 취득 후 5년 이내)
- 대학원생 (석사 및 박사 과정)
- 학부생
- 조건:
- 과학과 연구에 대한 진정한 관심
- 주된 연구 분야와 학제 간 연구에 대한 강한 열정
- 영어 능통
- 이전 GYSS 현장 행사에 참여한 적 없는 자 (2021 및 2022 온라인 에디션은 예외)
- 정규직이 아닌 자 (교수/테뉴어 수준 제외)
- 성비 균형을 고려하여 선발 예정

Important Notes:
- A nomination does not guarantee an invitation to participate in GYSS 2025.
- The GYSS 2025 Organizing Committee will shortlist nominees.
- Nominees must complete their registration to avoid disqualification.
GYSS 2025 Support:
- Provided:
- Local hotel accommodation for overseas participants (twin-sharing from January 6-10, 2025)
- Transportation between the hotel and Summit venue (no airport transfers)
- Some catered meals (details to be confirmed closer to the date)
- Not Provided:
- International travel arrangements/costs to and from Singapore
- Hotel accommodation for locally-based participants
Participant Eligibility:
- Categories:
- Post-doctoral researchers or equivalent (≤5 years after obtaining a PhD degree)
- Graduate students (Masters and Doctoral)
- Undergraduate students
- Criteria:
- Genuine interest in science and research
- Strong commitment to their principal field of study and interdisciplinary work
- Endorsement by an invited organization (nominated through this invitation process)
- Fluent in English for active participation in discussions
- No on-site participation in previous GYSS (except for online editions of GYSS 2021 and 2022)
- No permanent position (especially at the professor/tenure level)
- Gender distribution among nominees
Summit Activities:

- Small group informal sessions with selected speakers
