문화체육관광부가 주최하고, 그 산하 기관인 한국국제문화교류진흥원(KOFICE) 주관 하에,
2015년부터 8년 간, 42개국 730여 명의 단원을 배출한 주한 외국인 유학생을
대상으로 하는 한국 문화 체험 및 글로벌 문화 대사 양성 프로그램입니다.
